Welcome to Kumara, a program created by The Midlife Mystic. By purchasing, accessing, or using Kumara (or any associated materials, meditations, videos, community spaces, or coaching sessions), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Kumara is an educational and self-development program designed to help you reconnect with your purpose, clarify what you want, and move toward it in a grounded, aligned way.
It is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial guidance. It’s an empowering framework—not a substitute for professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the program. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

3. Payment, Billing & Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

  • Kumara is a digital program with immediate access; as such, no refunds are provided.

  • Kumara VIP, Kumara + The Mystic Method, and Elite packages may include live calls and personalized services. Refunds are not available once purchased.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first.

4. Intellectual Property

All content inside Kumara—including audio, video, PDFs, worksheets, text, frameworks, meditations, branding, and all original materials — is owned by The Midlife Mystic.

You may not:

  • Copy or distribute any materials,

  • Share your login or give program access to others,

  • Reproduce or repurpose content in your own programs or offerings.

Your access is for your personal use only.

5. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and outcomes. Kumara provides tools and support, but results vary based on your effort, timing, circumstances, and personal work.

We cannot guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes,

  • Financial results,

  • Career changes,

  • Emotional or spiritual breakthroughs.

You agree to use your own judgment at all times and seek professional help when needed.

6. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Kumara does not provide:

  • Medical advice,

  • Mental health treatment,

  • Legal advice,

  • Financial or tax advice.

Nothing in the program should be interpreted as such. If you have mental, emotional, or medical concerns, consult a licensed professional.

7. Community Guidelines

In the program's community space and live calls, you agree to:

  • Respect other members,

  • Keep shared stories confidential,

  • Not harass or intimidate others,

  • Not promote or sell your own services unless explicitly allowed.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Privacy

We keep your personal information confidential and do not sell your data. We may use anonymized data for insights, improvements, or testimonials (with your permission).

9. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from your participation,

  • Business or financial losses,

  • Decisions you make based on program content.

Your use of the program is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access if you violate these terms or behave in a way that harms the community or program environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the program means you accept any changes.
